Cancellations & Returns
Return Policy
Electrical parts? Special order parts? Oversized parts? No problem!
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in its original
condition for a full refund of the purchase price. If we’ve made an error in the
shipment, we’ll also refund the shipping and handling charges.
A Return Merchandize Authorization must be obtained before returning any item. To request a Return Merchandize Authorization, click here.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please
contact us as soon as possible. Please note, we try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel it. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return Policy, as stated above.
