In-stock orders placed before 4pm Eastern Time will be delivered within two business days. In-stock orders placed after 4pm Eastern Time will be delivered within three business days. Oversize and overweight items do not qualify. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Your shipment tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped (FedEx or UPS only). Shipping price includes shipping and handling. Prices stated above are for shipping within Continental U.S. only. Additional shipping and handling charge may be needed for oversize and overweight items such as refrigerator door panels or cooktops, in which case you will be contacted for authorization. Rest assured, we will never increase your shipping charge without your prior authorization.
Shipping of In-Stock Items
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, usually on the same day the
order is placed. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped
the following Monday.
Shipping of Out of stock Items
Out of stock items typically only add 2-5 working days to the shipping
option you have chosen. On rare occasions, a less common part may add
up to 10 working days to the shipping option.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped for a flat fee of $5.95.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available at this time.
International Shipping
